I am a skinny guy who stands 5’10” but weighed less than 55 kilos.
I can say that I am in much better shape now than before I started training with coach Althea. I gained 4.3 kilos since. It is small in absolute terms, but it translates to an 8 percent increase in my body weight. And the quality of the gain is also healthy. Because while I gained 8 percent overall, I lost an inch around my waistline.
